I understand the 30-day no-questions refund applies to subscription fees from subscription activation after login handoff. I understand usage wallet and pass-through costs, including WhatsApp, SMS, email volume, calls, AI usage, carrier fees, taxes, and third-party provider costs, are excluded from the guarantee. I understand ORBITxi reviews onboarding intake before provisioning or sub-account creation. I understand AI, WhatsApp, wallet, usage, and customer-facing automation are later gates after review, approval, and provider/setup checks. I understand customer-facing AI use cases continue after the promo through AI Suite review unless another approved billing path is created.
