Usage wallet and pass-through costs are separate from subscription. Examples include WhatsApp, SMS, email volume, calls, AI usage, premium actions, carrier fees, taxes, and third-party provider costs.

Why do you charge setup?

Because the account is not handed over empty. ORBITxi provisions, configures, reviews, scopes, or builds depending on the setup path.

What happens after I pay setup?

Setup-fee payment should unlock onboarding intake at intake.orbitxi.app/onboarding/setup once the approved order form is connected. ORBITxi reviews that intake before provisioning. Sub-account creation, AI, WhatsApp, wallet, usage, and subscription activation are later gates.

Already using another CRM?

Do not rip it out. Test ORBITxi in parallel for 30 days and compare with real workflow evidence.

Does AI replace my staff?

No. AI handles monotonous and repetitive work. People handle human and high-leverage work.

Which AI tools are promotional?

Ask AI, AI Studio, Workflow AI, Funnel AI, and Email AI have promotional access at no additional base subscription charge through 31 August 2026 for eligible activated accounts. Usage and pass-through costs are separate.

What about customer-facing AI?

Customer-facing AI is reviewed after intake. Continued access depends on eligibility, setup scope, connected channels, WhatsApp and provider approval where relevant, usage wallet, provider costs, and account status.

What infrastructure is ORBITxi built on?

ORBITxi combines our setup, operating model, support, and configuration work with trusted CRM, communication, payment, and AI infrastructure, including GoHighLevel where appropriate. ORBITxi remains the managed service and customer-facing operating layer.

Why sign up earlier?

The 31 August 2026 AI window does not move. The earlier an eligible account is reviewed, activated, and handed over, the longer the business can use Ask AI, AI Studio, Workflow AI, Funnel AI, and Email AI during the promotional window. The final day to enter the full access window is 31 July 2026.

When can payments be added?
