30-day subscription refund
The 30-day window starts on subscription activation after CRM activation and login handoff. If ORBITxi does not create value in the first 30 days, ask for a refund and we will return the subscription payment.

Try ORBITxi for 30 days. If it does not earn its place, we refund your subscription.
The subscription refund guarantee is anchored to activation after CRM readiness and login handoff. Setup fees, Fit Session deposits, and usage costs are treated separately so the first launch step is clear.
90-day reviewed refund
After the first 30 days, subscription refund requests are reviewed fairly for up to 90 days from subscription activation if promised subscription access and the activation path were not delivered.
Setup fee review
DIY Provisioning is R490, DWY Guided Setup is R990, and DFY Full Build is R2,990. Setup fees are reviewed manually on a fair value basis, based on work started, work delivered, time used, and value created.
Fit Session deposit
The R450 Fit Session booking deposit is refundable on request if no value was received and credited in full to the setup fee if the prospect signs up.
Usage fees
Usage wallet and pass-through costs such as WhatsApp, SMS, email volume, calls, AI usage, carrier fees, taxes, and third-party provider costs are not included in the subscription guarantee.
Eligibility review
AI offer access is reviewed before activation. If promotional eligibility does not check out before subscription activation, ORBITxi will offer the fair refund or credit path tied to the setup and payment state.
